What is the difference between annual and monthly?

Both include the same Aule membership. Annual is $2,999/yr, paid yearly. Monthly is $299/mo, paid month to month. Annual saves $589 compared with twelve monthly payments at the current rates.

What happens after I get started?

You’ll create your account, have a conversation about your household, and review an initial plan. Connect the services needed for your commitments, review your membership selection, and continue into the app.

Are groceries and other purchases included?

No. Membership pays for Aule. Groceries, travel, reservations, service provider charges, and other household purchases are separate. Review the costs and approvals for any purchase.

Do I need to connect every account?

No. Start with the connections needed for the responsibilities you choose. The available actions depend on your services, location, permissions, and account setup.

Where can I find cancellation and refund details?

The published Terms, linked below and in the footer, describe cancellation and refund conditions. Review those terms before purchasing, or contact hello@getaule.com if you need clarification.

Is Bespoke a different membership tier?
